A stone giant fortress deep underneath a mountain range has some plumbing problems as their water system has stopped working. They need help from little people to investigate and fix the problem.

Will the party be able to fix the plumbing problem or will the Giants be forced to abandon their treasured fortress?

While the adventure is set in the Forgotten Realms, it has been designed to be quickly adapted to any other campaign setting.

Long ago, a demonic monstrosity was sealed away with the use of a warded scroll, trapping it till a time that it could be destroyed. The Holy Chapel of the Morning Sun was a place of learning that specialised in wardings and protection from evils, but as the years went by it was forgotten and the church was lost to time – or maybe that’s what the monster wanted. The church has reappeared in the building site of a new settlement and something has happened to the workers.

CONTENT WARNING: Body Horror – Some of the monsters in this adventure can cause deformation of characters and NPCs. May also include consideration for signs of mental instability, undeath, and destruction of religious property.

The Living Document is a 5th edition DUNGEONS & DRAGONS adventure designed for a 2-4 hours of play and it optimised for 4 characters between levels 4-6.

This is my debut into the DMs Guild with tutorship from the RPG Writer’s Workshop, Summer 2020. The adventure is inspired by their lessons on creating a Living Document. Not everything that is placed in the document should be brought into the world.

Secret Message Solved!

Oh, what tangled webs we weave…

A couple of weeks back we mentioned something interesting. Something we just wanted to point out to the curious and investigatory crowd out there.

And a few of our keen-eyed fans figured it out.

Congratulations to Thorin Thompson, Wes Baker, and Michael Bolam for being the first three fans to solve the riddle in the 8th printing of DCC RPG!

For their efforts, they have each received a very special prize involving original art. For everyone else reading this—if you haven’t found the message yet, keep hunting!

The Reunion

The Reunion is a scenario written for Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition. The scenario has the players take up the role of FBI agents in 1929 working for the Bureau’s Abnormal Investigations Division: a secret department of the FBI dedicated to locating, researching, and neutralizing supernatural threats. The scenario is meant to be played with 2-4 investigators in 1-2 sessions.

The agents have been called in for a briefing. According to recent intelligence, a roaming occultist by the name of Anthony West has resurfaced and is in posession of a highly valuable English translation of an occult book. It is the agents’ job to find Anthony West, arrest him for questioning, and confiscate his eldritch tome.

There aren’t many fresh leads out there on Anthony. The man hasn’t been seen in common society for almost a decade. He does however have two children living in Arkham and Boston. Hopefully they might be able to tell a thing or two about their old man…
